Why do I need this training? Can I just do the accounting internship with Platinum Accounting?

Do I have to pay for the training? Why?

Yes, just like attending university or TAFE, our programs involve training fees. We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides accredited knowledge and career skills.

The internship portion is free and fully covered by Platinum Professional Training.

Where can I complete my accounting internship?

You can complete the internship 100% online, giving you the flexibility to learn and work from anywhere.

Will I work on real accounting data during the internship?

Yes. Our internships are conducted through our sister company, Platinum Accounting Australia (CPA Public Practice), which handles a high volume of clients and accounting data. You will:

• Work on real internal accounts we have authority over

• Practice using realistic business scenarios (with client data anonymized for confidentiality)

• Complete tasks that simulate a real accounting role

Please note: All internships use data that has already been processed to avoid billable errors. Our internship program is approved by Fair Work Australia.

Will I get an accounting job after the internship?

Can I pay for the course using funds from Centrelink?

Do you offer instalment plans?
